Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within the U.S.
International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Items:
We are not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.
